We are currently hiring experienced Shift Managers who can lead by example, support daily operations, develop team members, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. At Captain Jay's, Shift Managers play a critical role in creating a positive team culture, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. What You'll Do:

Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
Coach, train, and develop team members.
Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Ensure food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Support staffing, onboarding, and training efforts.
Complete and verify opening, shift change, and closing procedures.
Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment.
Lead with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and teamwork.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Help drive sales, productivity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Food service, restaurant, or hospitality management experience required.
Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Manage daily store operations and support restaurant profitability.
