Job Description:
Captain Jay's is hiring both part-time and full-time Shift Managers, with paid training and growth into higher manager positions! We are currently looking for motivated food service managers who will empower and lead their teams to deliver enjoyable guest experiences. Managers are responsible for the operations of their store, and supervision of their staff with full knowledge of Captain Jay's quality standards. Captain Jay's offers comprehensive hands-on training for our managers to ensure long-term success! We pride ourselves on the support, growth, and opportunities that we provide our managers both in and outside of work.
Wage: $13 – $14 an hour.

Qualifications:
- Ability to lead in a team environment.
- Customer service experience.
- Food management experience.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Passionate and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by having a clean store, great quality food, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage team members.
- Oversee stock and day-to-day and store operations.
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
- Train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance.
