Project Coordinator Role:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward daily. This role supports leadership by managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who anticipates needs, follows up proactively, and owns execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Tracking and Execution:
- Maintain and update project timelines, trackers, and task lists.
- Ensure all deadlines are clearly defined and met.
- Follow up with team members to confirm progress and completion.
- Identify delays early and escalate when needed.
Coordination Across Teams:
- Act as the central point of communication between departments.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings, updates, and project flow.
Reporting and Visibility:
- Provide consistent updates on project status.
- Highlight risks, delays, and blockers clearly.
- Track key metrics and outcomes.
Documentation and Organization:
- Maintain organized files, notes, and communications.
- Ensure all documents are properly saved and accessible.
- Create workflows and SOPs when needed.
Problem Solving and Follow Through:
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes.
- Take initiative to fix issues without waiting for direction.
- Ensure tasks are fully completed, not partially.

Tools and Systems:

- Project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
- OneDrive or Google Drive.

- Projects move forward without constant supervision.
- Deadlines are consistently met.
- Leadership does not need to chase updates.
- Communication is clear and proactive.
- Problems are identified and solved early.
